I draw, paint, and print to capture the unique sense of place—wherever that place may be. My mixed-media artwork uses actual landmarks and landscapes as a springboard for imagination, depicting familiar sights in a way that doesn't quite exist in reality, yet still hints at the look, feel, and soul of Birmingham, Alabama, and beyond.
